MODULAR+ is a speculative housing concept designed to explore flexible, multigenerational living. The community consists of four customizable modular homes set on a compact lot, combining prefabrication with quality materials and community-oriented outdoor space.

This project began with a question: What would it look like to design a home for more than one generation—without compromising style or independence? MODULAR+ blends the warmth of traditional forms with modular flexibility, offering a housing solution that’s both practical and poetic.

The goal was to capture a space that feels shared but not crowded—private, but never isolated.
